The Commission of Inquiry into the Actions of Canadian Officials in Relation to Maher Arar

The Commission continues to hear a motion for disclosure by Mr. Arar calling for the release of government documents. Marlys Edwardh (Counsel for Mr. Arar) makes arguments. Barbara A. McIsaac, on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada, argues in response to the motion and Ms. Edwardh replies. Ronald G. Atkey (Amicus Curiae) makes a submission.
