The Commission hears submissions from Peter Doody (Counsel for Jean Chrétien) and Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) responding to an earlier intervention by Catherine Beagan Flood (on behalf of the House of Commons) asserting parliamentary privilege over the proceedings of legislative committees of the House. Ms. Beagan Flood responds.
