John Campion (Counsel for VIA Rail) continues cross-examination of a panel of witnesses from the Office of the Auditor General of Canada, including Sheila Fraser (Auditor General of Canada), Shahid Minto (Assistant Auditor General), Ronald Campbell (Accountant, Office of the Auditor General), and Louise Bertrand (Senior Director, Office of the Auditor General). Ms. Fraser speaks about financial rules governing Crown corporations, a 1999 audit of VIA Rail, and findings related to VIA Rail in her office’s 2003 report on sponsorship activities.
