Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

Witness: Isabelle Roy

Guy Pratte (Counsel for Jean Pelletier) objects to the public release of large quantities of potentially damaging evidence and a lengthy procedural dispute ensues. Guy Cournoyer (Associate Commission Counsel) continues direct examination of Isabelle Roy (former special assistant to Alfonso Gagliano and employee in the Communication Coordination Services Branch (CCSB) of the Department of Public Works and Government Services). Ms. Roy describes the handling of requests for sponsorship by the office of the minister of Public Works (Mr. Gagliano) and her filing system for keeping track of the requests.
