Witnesses: Jean-Claude Demers, Normand Massé, Jean Quevillon

Commission Counsel Bernard Roy continues direct examination of Jean-Claude Demers, Normand Massé, and Jean Quevillon, former members of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Administrative Review Committee. The witnesses describe their investigation of Public Works employees after a damning 2002 report by forensic accountants from Kroll Lindquist Avey. The Commissioner allows testimony on the subject of the committee’s interviews with the late Pierre Tremblay (former chief of staff to Alfonso Gagliano) and the witnesses give a detailed account of Mr. Tremblay’s testimony.
