David Marshall (Deputy Minister), Yvette Aloïsi (Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services, Human Resources and Communications Branch), Myra Conway (Director General, Financial Operations), George A. Butts (Acting Director General for the Acquisitions Policy, Risk, Integrity and Strategic Management Directorate, Acquisitions Branch), and Gerry Thom (Director of Classification, Compensation and Business Systems, Corporate Services, Human Resources and Communications Branch). Discussion focuses on the findings of a 1996 Ernst & Young audit of Public Works advertising activities and on the evolving duties of Charles Guité in administering sponsorship activities.
