Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

The Commission hears several applications for standing. Rick Dearden seeks standing on behalf of the Office of the Auditor General. Pierre Fournier (Counsel for Alfonso Gagliano) and Richard Auger (Counsel for Charles Guité) make submissions and Mr. Dearden responds. Charles Côté applies for standing on behalf of the Liberal Party of Canada and the Quebec branch of the Liberal Party of Canada; Katty Duranleau (Counsel for the Bloc Québécois) and Arthur Hamilton (Counsel for the Conservative Party of Canada) make submissions and Mr. Côté responds.
