Witness: Paul Lauzon

Commission Counsel Marie Cossette begins direct examination of Paul Lauzon (former director in the Communication Coordination Services Branch (CCSB) of the Department of Public Works and Government Services). Mr. Lauzon describes the formation of the CCSB in 1998, the oversight of the sponsorship program by Charles Guité and Pierre Tremblay, and the drafting of guidelines for sponsorship contracts beginning in 1999.
