The Commission of Inquiry into the Actions of Canadian Officials in Relation to Maher Arar

The session begins with discussion of the possible participation in the inquiry of the United States, and of U.S. Ambassador Paul Cellucci, in light of a recent statement by Mr. Cellucci in the press. The day is given over to a motion for disclosure by Mr. Arar calling for the release of government documents. Marlys Edwardh (Counsel for Mr. Arar) makes arguments.
