Speaking with reporters in Mississauga, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh comments on the publication of a photograph that depicts Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau wearing brownface makeup at an "Arabian Nights"-themed party in 2001 when he was a teacher in Vancouver. The Liberal leader has apologized for the incident, which he now recognizes was racist.
