Jack Granatstein and James Boutilier
Military historian Jack Granatstein presents a speech at the 70th annual Conference of Defence Associations Institute (CDAI) general meeting, Ottawa, Ont., February 15, 2007. Mr. Granatstein speaks about the history of the Canadian Forces from 1932–2007, focusing on downsizing, financial cutbacks, and changing attitudes toward the operational role of Canada’s military.
