The Fraser Institute holds their second international conference on Immigration Policy in Canada, Montreal, Que., June 4–5, 2008. The conference focuses on whether the current immigration policy is meeting Canada's interests.

On June 4th, Jean-Paul Gourévitch (University Paris XII), an international expert on immigration, gives a keynote address on immigration issues in France.

After speaking, Mr. Gourévitch answers questions from conference attendees.
