Podium - Alison Redford


On November 25, 2011, Alberta Premier Alison Redford addressed the Calgary Chamber of Commerce.

In her speech, Redford presented her vision for the province and examined Alberta's place within the global economy. Redford remarked that Alberta has the potential to become a preferred supplier of food and energy on a global scale and called for the creation of a Canadian Energy Strategy.

Following her speech, Redford replied to several questions from the audience, including some on the proposed Keystone and Gateway Pipelines.
