On March 21st, Nouzha Chekrouni, ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Canada, delivered a speech at the University of Ottawa as part of a series entitled "Women's Rights and Political Changes in the Arab World: A Spring to Celebrate?" This event was presented by the Human Rights Research and Education Centre (HRREC), the World Legal Systems Research Group and the Centre for International Policy Studies (CIPS) at the University of Ottawa.
