Governor General David Johnston delivers the opening address in honour of the 250th anniversary of the Royal Proclamation of 1763.

The Royal Proclamation, issued by King George III of Great Britain, set out the basic rules for future treaty making. This symposium is organized by the Land Claims Agreements Coalition. (October 7, 2013)
