Mark Walters (Queen's University law professor) discusses the Royal Proclamation, the Canadian constitution, and aboriginal peoples.

This symposium, organized by the Land Claims Agreements Coalition, marks the 250th anniversary of the Royal Proclamation of 1763. The Royal Proclamation, issued by King George III of Great Britain, set out the basic rules for future treaty making. (October 7, 2013)
