Environment Minister David Anderson gives a speech entitled “Climate Change and the Kyoto Accord” at the Empire Club of Canada in Toronto, Ont., November 15, 2002. In his remarks, Mr. Anderson discusses the government’s climate-change plan, including establishing and maintaining Kyoto Protocol targets, as well as developing and implementing energy-efficient and renewable technologies.

Also on the program, Elizabeth McDonald, the CEO of the Canadian Film and TV Production Association, speaks in Toronto, Ont., November 18, 2002. Ms. McDonald discusses the challenges facing the Canadian television and film industry, including the need for continued federal support and investment.
