Industry Minister Allan Rock speaks to the media in Ottawa, January 14, 2003, announcing his intention not to seek the federal Liberal Party leadership. Following the announcement, Mr. Rock takes questions from reporters.

Also on the program, Denis Coderre, the minister of citizenship and immigration, delivers a speech entitled “Building a Stronger Canada,” Ottawa, Ont., November 6, 2002. Mr. Coderre announces reforms to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act aimed at attracting skilled workers to Canada.
