U.S. President Donald Trump announces details about his plan to impose tariffs on steel and aluminum imports.

Jaspal Atwal, the man at the centre of controversy when he was invited to events during Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s recent trip to India, holds a news conference in Vancouver. Atwal was convicted in 1987 for the attempted murder of an Indian cabinet minister on Vancouver Island. He is joined by his lawyer, Rishi Gill.
