Liberal Party leader Stéphane Dion joins Martin in the studio to review developments in the House of Commons during the spring session of the 39th Parliament, including the passage of Bill C-288, the Kyoto Protocol Implementation Act.

Martin sits down with a panel of politicians to reflect on the spring parliamentary sitting, featuring MPs Pierre Lemieux (Conservative), Marcel Proulx (Liberal), and Paul Dewar (NDP).

Journalists Norma Greenaway and Louise Elliott join Martin in the studio to offer their perspectives on key developments during the spring parliamentary sitting. Ms. Greenaway and Ms. Elliott also discuss their expectations for the fall parliamentary sitting.
