Martin Stringer and his guests analyze the federal budget presented in the House of Commons on March 21st, 2013, by Finance Minister Jim Flaherty.

Martin discusses provisions in the budget with MPs Kellie Leitch (Conservative), Mike Sullivan (NDP), and Carolyn Bennett (Liberal), including the introduction of the Canada Jobs Grant.

Later, journalists Louise Elliott (CBC Radio) and John Geddes (Maclean’s) offer their perspectives on the 2013 budget and also on controversy surrounding the 2011 election campaign of Conservative MP Peter Penashue.
