They discuss: the death of Senate Speaker Pierre-Claude Nolin, this week's federal budget and the Mike Duffy Trial. We also have special coverage of the meeting of the Arctic Council, in Iqaluit, and a tribute to the late Senator Pierre-Claude Nolin.
