Public Record - Manning Centre Future Leaders Dinner

The Manning Centre for Building Democracy hosts its future leaders’ series dinner in Ottawa, Ont., April 18, 2007. The Manning Centre’s mandate is to achieve a democratic society guided by Conservative principles.

The future leaders dinner is held to honour graduates from the centre’s certificate program in political management.

Speeches are presented by Larry O’Brien (mayor of Ottawa) and Preston Manning (president and CEO of the Manning Centre). Rona Ambrose (Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs) makes opening remarks and later conducts interviews with former provincial premiers, including John Hamm, Bernard Lord, Gary Filmon, and Ralph Klein.
