This September 19, 2007, forum in Saguenay, Que., includes comments from various citizens speaking as individuals.

The Consultation Commission on Accommodation Practices Related to Cultural Differences (the “Bouchard–Taylor Commission”) was established in February 2007 by Quebec Premier Jean Charest. The public consultation program includes a number of regional citizens’ forums focusing on issues relating to the protection of ethno-cultural minority rights while also respecting the rights of larger demographics within Quebec.
