Public Record - Manitoba Speech from the Throne

On November 20th, 2007, in Winnipeg, the Manitoba New Democratic Party government issued its annual throne speech outlining plans for the next twelve months. The speech, delivered by Lieutenant Governor John Harvard, includes a ban on the sale of any food containing trans fats at schools across the province and new legislation that will reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
