Public Record - Ontario Speech from the Throne


On November 29, 2007 in Toronto, Ontario’s 28th Lieutenant Governor David C. Onley, opened of the first session of the 39th Parliament of the Province of Ontario by delivering the Speech from the Throne. The document entitled "Moving Forward the Ontario Way" promises help for students, seniors, low-income families and First Nations as well as setting government targets for reducing poverty, including a dental plan for low-income families.
