Public Record - Public Institutions and Canada’s Future


York University’s Glendon School of Public and International Affairs hosts a conference entitled “Public Institutions and Canada’s Future,” Toronto, Ont., April 3–4, 2008. The conference explores the role of public institutions within Canada and the larger international community.

This April 3rd session features a panel discussion entitled “The Challenge of Public Institutions: Competence, Capacity, and Trust.” Among the panellists are Michel Dorais (former deputy minister of citizenship and immigration), Roger Gibbins (president and CEO of the Canada West Foundation), and Ruth Dantzer (president and CEO of the Canada School of Public Service).
