Public Record - Canada and the E.U.: Prospects for a Closer Economic Partnership


This first conference session on May 15th, entitled "Context Setting – New generation issues and outstanding barriers," features a panel discussion on the state of Canada–E.U. economic relations. The panellists are Marc Vanheukelen (the director of the Directorate General for External Relations for the European Commission), Ross Hornby (the Canadian ambassador to the European Commission), and Daniel Trefler (a professor at the University of Toronto). After speaking, panellists field questions from audience members.
