Public Record - Challenges and Opportunities of Nation Building in Somalia (Part 1 of 2)

In the day’s first session, a panel of speakers discuss Canada’s contributions to nation building in Somalia, including the Somali diaspora into Canada. The panellists are Borys Wrzesnewskyj (a Liberal MP), Lee Cassaneli (from the African Studies Center at the University of Pennsylvania), and Nimao Ali (a representative from the Muslim Association of Canada, Ottawa Chapter). After speaking, panellists field questions from conference attendees.
