The Fraser Institute holds its second international Canadian Immigration Policy Conference, Montreal, Que., June 4–5, 2008. The conference focuses on reassessing the economic, demographic, and social impact of immigration on Canada.

In the final panel of the conference, Sir Andrew Green (chairman of Migrationwatch UK) and Gordon Gibson, (senior fellow at the Fraser Institute) discuss the challenges of reforming immigration policy.

After speaking, panellists field questions from conference attendees.
