Public Record - 2008 CDFAI Annual Conference


At an annual conference hosted by the Canadian Defence and Foreign Affairs Institute, a panel of experts discuss Canada–US border issues, Ottawa, Ont., October 27, 2008.

This year, expert speakers from academia, the public service, and the corporate world will seek to shed light on current cross-border issues between Canada and the United States and develop amicable solutions for the challenges facing both nations.

The third session of the conference features Brad Huther (U.S. Chamber of Commerce), Dean Sherratt (Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada (DFAIT)), Rick Van Schoik (Arizona State University), and Amgad Shehata (UPS).

After speaking, panellists field questions from conference attendees.
