Public Record - Canada–France Symposium (Part 3 of 6)

The Senate of Canada and the Canada–France Interparliamentary Association host the Canada–France Symposium, entitled “The Legacy of France in Canada Over 400 Years,” Ottawa, Ont., November 14–15, 2008. This event is being held in commemoration of the 400th anniversary of the founding of Quebec in 1608.

This November 14, 2008 session featured a speech by Fernand Harvey (professor, Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique) entitled "Cultural relations between France and Canada."
