The University of Ottawa hosts a panel discussion entitled “Challenges for the New Untied States President,” Ottawa, Ont., November 28, 2008.

The panellists are Michael Kergin (former Canadian ambassador to the United States), Jeffrey Simpson (national columnist for The Globe and Mail), and Peter Harder (former deputy minister of Foreign Affairs). After speaking, panellists field questions from audience members.
