Public Record - French as a Language for Everything and Everyone?


The Institut du Nouveau Monde hosts a conference entitled "French as a Language for Everything and Everyone?,” Toronto, Ont., April 3–4, 2009.

On April 3rd, participants discuss the French language as a vehicle for inclusion and solidarity. The speakers are Conrad Ouellon (president of the Conseil supérieur de la langue française) and Jean-Marie Klinkenberg (Conseil de la langue française et de la politique linguistique, Belgium).
