At the Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences, the Canadian Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences present Nobel Peace Prize nominee Siila Watt-Cloutier and author John Ralston Saul in a discussion entitled "Northern Reflections: A New Narrative for Canada's Arctic,” Ottawa , Ont., May 25, 2009. After speaking, Mr. Saul and Ms. Watt-Cloutier take questions from audience members, including Larry Bagnell (the Liberal critic for northern development, northern affairs, and Arctic sovereignty).
