Public Record - Canada’s Digital Economy: Moving Forward

Minister of Industry Tony Clement hosts a one-day forum to identify the key areas of action necessary for Canada to regain its leadership position in the digital economy, Ottawa, Ont., June 22, 2009.

In the opening session, forum co-chairs Mike Lazaridis (president of Research In Motion (RIM)) and Mr. Clement outline the major challenges and issues facing Canada as a digital economy.

Later, J. Wayne Gudbranson (Branham Group Inc.) presents a speech about the state of Canada’s digital economy.
