Public Record - Revolutionizing Justice: Facts, Changes and Future Prospects


The Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal, in collaboration with the Centre de recherche en droit public, hold a symposium entitled “Revolutionizing Justice: Facts, Changes and Future Prospects,” Montreal, Que., June 18, 2009. This symposium is part of the Journées annuelles Maximilien-Caron series.

This session features a panel discussion entitled “The Need to Raise Awareness About Access to Justice.” The panellists are Louis Lebel (judge, Supreme Court of Canada) and Michel Robert (chief justice, Quebec Court of Appeal). Karim Benyekhlef (director, Centre de recherche en droit public) makes opening remarks.
