Revolutionizing Justice: Facts, Changes and Future Prospects
The Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal, in collaboration with the Centre de recherche en droit public, hold a symposium entitled “Revolutionizing Justice: Facts, Changes and Future Prospects,” Montreal, Que., June 18, 2009. This symposium is part of the Journées annuelles Maximilien-Caron series. In this session, entitled “Judicial Innovations: Observations and Experiences Outside Quebec,” Canadian and foreign experts debate the question of access to justice in other parts of Canada and in France. The panellists are Diana J. Lowe (executive director, Canadian Forum on Civil Justice), Jean-Claude Magendie (Cour d’Appel de Paris), and Paul Bentley (Ontario Court of Justice). Daniel Jutras (Faculty of Law, McGill University) moderates.
