The Faculty of Law of the Université de Montréal, in collaboration with the Centre de recherche en droit public, hold a symposium entitled “Revolutionizing Justice: Facts, Changes and Future Prospects,” Montreal, Que., June 18, 2009. This symposium is part of the Journées annuelles Maximilien-Caron series.

In this session, Jacques Commaille (professor, École normale supérieure de Cachan) presents a speech entitled “Justice and Transformations Within Contemporary Societies: What Justice Policies?” Jean-Guy Belley (Faculty of Law, McGill Unviersity) makes opening remarks.
