Public Record - 2009 CASIS International Conference – October 29 (Part 1 of 7)


The Canadian Association for Security and Intelligence Studies (CASIS) hosts its annual conference, Ottawa, Ont., October 29–31, 2009. This year’s conference theme is “Terrorism, Cyberspies, and a New ‘Cold’ War.”

The first panel on October 29th is entitled “Security, Intelligence, and the Internet.” The panellists are Ronald Deibert (University of Toronto), Rafal Rohozinski (The SecDev Group), and Matthew Aid (author of “Secret Sentry”). John Adams (chief, Communications Security Establishment Canada) makes opening remarks. Later, the speakers field questions from conference attendees.
