Public Record - 2009 Canadian Defence & Foreign Affairs Institute Conference

The Canadian Defence & Foreign Affairs Institute (CDFAI) and the Canadian International Council jointly host their annual joint conference, Ottawa, Ont., November 2, 2009. This year's conference theme is “Canada's National Strategic Relations: NATO and NORAD.”

In the final panel presentation of the conference, retired General Ray Henault (former Chief of the Defence staff), Alexander Moens (political science professor, Simon Fraser University), and Paul Chapin (Pearson Peacekeeping Centre) discuss Canada's future role in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. After speaking, panellists respond to questions from audience members.
