Public Record - 2009 CASIS International Conference – October 30 (Part 4 of 7)


The Canadian Association for Security and Intelligence Studies (CASIS) hosts its annual conference, Ottawa, Ont., October 29–31, 2009. This year’s conference theme is “Terrorism, Cyberspies, and a New ‘Cold’ War.”

The second panel discussion on October 30th, entitled “Ethical Issues in Intelligence Practice,” includes Itai Sneh (City University of New York) and Melissa Ptacek (University of Ptacek). After speaking, panellists respond to questions from audience members. Wolfgang Krieger (University of Marburg (Germany)) moderates.
