Public Record - 2009 CASIS International Conference – October 30 (Part 5 of 7)


The Canadian Association for Security and Intelligence Studies (CASIS) hosts its annual conference, Ottawa, Ont., October 29–31, 2009. This year’s conference theme is “Terrorism, Cyberspies, and a New ‘Cold’ War.”

In the third panel discussion on October 30th, government analysts, scholars, and independent researchers present their findings on foreign ministry intelligence. The panellists are Don Munton (professor of international studies, University of Northern British Columbia), Harjit Virdee (University of Northern British Columbia), Kurt Jensen (Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade), and Michael Herman (Oxford University).
