Public Record - 2009 Law and Parliament Conference (Part 7 of 9)


The Institute of Parliamentary and Political Law holds its third Law and Parliament Conference, Toronto, Ont., November 12–14, 2009. This year's conference theme is “Parliament and Government: Partners and Adversaries.”

During this November 14th session, experts discuss the parliamentary perspective on Parliament and government. The speakers are Barbara Messamore (Department of History, Fraser Valley University), Connie Macrae-Buchanan (instructor, University of Manitoba), and Borys Wrzesnewskyj (Liberal MP). Later, the speakers field questions from conference attendees.
