New Brunswick Finance Minister Greg Byrne delivers the 2010–2011 provincial budget, Fredericton, December 1, 2009. New Brunswick has recorded a $754-million deficit for the 2009–2010 fiscal year, the highest in the province's history. The budget is also Liberal Premier Shawn Graham's last before a September 2010 provincial election.
