Public Record - Women in Politics and Government Conference 2009 (Part 2 of 4)

During a panel discussion in Toronto, Ont., December 7, 2009, participants offer advice on entering into politics. The discussion is part of an annual conference held by Youth in Motion and brings young women together to encourage their participation in politics and government.

Akela Peoples (the president and CEO of Youth in Motion) moderates the discussion between Kirsty Duncan (the Liberal MP for Etobicoke North, Ont.) and Janet Yale (the executive vice-president of TELUS and a former Liberal Party candidate). Discussion is also opened up to audience members.
