Public Record - Women in Politics and Government Conference 2009 (Part 3 of 4)

During a panel discussion in Toronto, Ont., December 7, 2009, participants discuss creating positive change while working within the public sector. The discussion is part of an annual conference held by Youth in Motion and brings young women together to encourage their participation in politics and government.
