Former Quebec premier Lucien Bouchard was part of this February 16th, 2010, roundtable discussion of the province's political landscape hosted by Le Devoir newspaper and the Institut du Nouveau Monde. Bouchard's comments on the current state of both the sovereignty movement and the Parti Québécois garnered considerable attention.
