Public Record - 2010 CIBC Scholar-in-Residence Lecture


On May 12th, The Conference Board of Canada held their 2010 Scholar-in-Residence Lecture in Whitehorse, Yukon. The 2010 Scholar-in-Residence chairs, Thomas Berger (the youngest judge to be appointed to the Supreme Court of British Columbia), Steven Kennett (an independent policy consultant), and Hayden King (former director of research for the Canadian Council on Aboriginal Business) discussed the effectiveness of land-use planning in Canada's North.
