On May 29th, the Canadian Association of Journalists held their 2010 national conference in Montreal. In the third panel discussion of the day, Globe and Mail editor John Stackhouse, Vancouver Sun editor Kirk LaPointe, and other key stakeholders in the Canadian media discussed the future of the daily newspaper. The panelists outlined how they may have to change their function and role in the media landscape to stay relevant to their readers.
